Trasimeno District

The district Trasimeno is located in the north-west of Umbria, on the border with Tuscany. The area is rich in architecture dating back to Roman, Medieval and Renaissance and retains many castles, fortresses, churches and abbeys that embellish the masterpieces left by the masters of painting such as Perugino or the Aeneid. This of being in a border area ago that the traditions and flavors of kitchens is intreccino between them.
